Description
The University of Wyoming is soliciting bids for all labor and materials required to remove and replace owner-provided air handlers and a chiller at the Wyoming State Veterinary Laboratory. The estimated project completion date is December 1, 2027. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through is required for prime contractors, mechanical subcontractors, and electrical subcontractors. Bids must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase using University of Wyoming forms. Each base bid over $150,000 requires a 5% bid bond, accompanied by a certified power of attorney and executed or countersigned by a bonding-company agent; no other bid surety will be accepted.
