Description
Laramie County School District Number One is soliciting bids for the direct purchase and delivery of carpet flooring on an as-needed basis. Installation is not included. The solicitation identifies FOB destination delivery and a two-year contract duration. Bidders must submit pricing in the attached bid document and complete the district's supplier/vendor application. The vendor application states that a W-9 and certificate of insurance are required where applicable, and that pages 1 through 4 must be returned.
