Description
Horry County Schools seeks to establish a pool of up to four qualified vendors to provide inspection, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, restoration, and related services for district-owned instruments used by elementary, middle, and high school band, orchestra, percussion, and other fine arts programs. Work is assigned as needed, with no minimum quantity guaranteed. Services include instrument assessments and written estimates; repairs and overhauls for woodwind, brass, percussion, and applicable string instruments; pickup and delivery; expedited repairs; replacement parts; and warranties on workmanship and materials. Proposals must describe vendor qualifications and experience, technical capabilities, staffing, repair and quality-control processes, logistics, turnaround times, warranty and customer service, references, and value-added services. The solicitation requests separate technical and business cost/price proposals, including labor rates, parts markups, and pickup/delivery pricing.
