Description
Coastal Carolina University seeks 3,500 Coursera Career Academy Plus user licenses for a three-year maximum contract period, with one initial year and two one-year renewal options. The hosted platform must provide the included learning content and services, allow licenses to be reassigned among eligible users, and support a university-branded landing page, user and program administration, engagement reporting, assessments, grades, certificates, and premium course access. Enterprise user and administrative support is required throughout the contract term. The scope also includes implementation and configuration, basic LMS integration using supported APIs or data exchange, testing and debugging, launch planning, and administrator documentation. The vendor must provide an implementation plan and coordinate implementation meetings. The proposed solution must meet accessibility requirements, including WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and the offer must include a current VPAT, an accessibility statement, and a remediation roadmap. Bidders must be authorized Coursera Career Academy Plus resellers and submit a reseller certificate, three comparable-work references, a completed and signed Information Technology Services questionnaire, and a written response addressing the mandatory reseller qualification. Offers are evaluated for award to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
