The City of Myrtle Beach seeks year-round grounds and landscape maintenance for the Capital Projects Building. Work includes mowing, edging, weeding, and blowing the driveways and porches twice a month, fertilizing as needed, and maintaining one plant bed as required. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is mandatory for proposal consideration; late attendees will not be admitted, and remote attendance is unavailable.
