Description
Conway Hospital, Inc. seeks a contractor for intersection improvements supporting its CMC freestanding emergency department project. Work includes installing and testing a traffic signal and appurtenances; roadway widening, grading, paving and asphalt overlay; drainage improvements; concrete removal and installation; pavement markings; traffic control; and related construction shown in the plans and specifications. The work includes two lump-sum items: traffic signal installation and intersection improvements. The contractor must hold an active South Carolina general contractor’s license, provide a 5% bid bond, and furnish 100% performance and payment bonds after award. The solicitation requires electronic bid pricing and a completed bid forms packet. The stated completion period is 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
