Construct an approximately 1,100-square-foot concrete pad for golf cart and general storage. Work includes minor curb demolition, removing part of an existing brick wall to provide pedestrian access, installing 4-inch and 6-inch concrete paving, ancillary earthwork, limited parking striping, concrete curb and gutter, and conduit.
