Description
UNDP Nigeria seeks a qualified event management firm to plan and deliver 22 events: 21 HIV prevention campaign events, including a national launch, 19 state or community outreach events, and a closing event; and one high-level event for the Administration of Criminal Justice Monitoring Committee. Services span planning, venue sourcing, registration and accreditation, event production, branding, audiovisual and livestreaming, online participation, media coverage, hospitality, safeguarding, and post-event reporting. The outreach events include private counseling and testing spaces coordinated with accredited health providers; the high-level event includes protocol and VIP management. The firm must provide a technical proposal using Form G and a financial proposal using Forms J and K, with financial information kept separate from the technical submission. The assignment is expected to last 30 days, with deliverables scheduled from November through December 2026.
