Description
The City of Deltona is seeking qualified firms to provide full architectural and engineering services for city-initiated facility projects, including new, existing, and future facilities. Services may cover all phases of project development and include civil, structural, geotechnical, environmental, electrical, mechanical, and sanitary engineering; architectural design; land surveying and mapping; permitting and regulatory support; data collection and feasibility studies; property appraisals and reviews; technical specifications; cost estimating; value engineering; and technical analysis. The scope also includes program and project management, contractor oversight, and owner's representation. The opportunity is a request for qualifications under Florida's Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act. No pre-bid conference is available, and no bid bond is required.
