The Housing Authority of the City of Camden is soliciting qualifications from architectural and engineering firms to provide services supporting commercial and residential development and modernization. The opportunity will establish an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity arrangement for professional services. Responses are due through the Housing Authority's procurement website by September 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Questions must be submitted through the same website by September 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Professional service contractors must comply with applicable New Jersey affirmative-action, equal-employment-opportunity, and ownership-disclosure requirements.
