Description
The City of Milford is seeking a contractor to demolish the existing wood-frame residential dwelling at 60 Helwig Street. The work includes disposal of debris and materials, site cleanup, grading, and furnishing and uniformly spreading gravel over the property. The successful proposer must provide a 100% performance bond, a 100% labor and materials bond, and a certificate of insurance upon notice of contract award. A mandatory pre-proposal site walk is scheduled before proposals are due.
