US Latino Affairs Initiatives is soliciting qualified contractors for a statewide contractor pool supporting New Jersey's 2025–2026 Lead Remediation and Abatement Program under the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. The scope includes lead remediation and mitigation, as well as lead abatement, to address lead-based paint hazards and protect children and pregnant women from elevated blood lead levels. The opportunity is limited to contractors on New Jersey's Certified Lead Abatement Contractor list, and up to 10 contractors may be selected. The program's primary focus is Passaic County.
