Georgia Southern University is soliciting construction services for the Armstrong Campus - Solms project. The work includes removing the existing built-up roofing down to the roof deck and installing new thermoplastic polyolefin roofing, replacing all windows in the building, and performing brick mortar pointing and repairs. Bidding documents must be obtained through Duncan Parnell's bid room, with registration required for document access and inclusion on the official plan holders list. A mandatory offerors' conference is scheduled for October 23, 2026, at the Armstrong Campus Facilities Services Room 178.
