Description
Chatham County is soliciting bids for a one-time, hardware-only purchase of two Cisco Catalyst 9500 48-port switches and related original Cisco equipment. The required supply includes SmartNet support, three-year DNA Advantage licenses, redundant power supplies, SFP transceiver modules, and 100G copper cables. Bidders must provide manufacturer part numbers, descriptions, quantities, pricing, support terms, and anticipated delivery lead times for every line item. Bids will be accepted only from current Cisco Partners in good standing that are authorized to sell the proposed equipment, software subscriptions, licenses, and support in the United States. All products must be new, genuine Cisco OEM equipment in original factory-sealed packaging; used, refurbished, remanufactured, gray-market, counterfeit, unauthorized, third-party, or substitute products are prohibited. Programming, configuration, installation, rack mounting, network cutover, engineering, and other professional services are not required. The submission must include the completed Bid Schedule, Attachments A through I, List of Subcontractors, product information, written OEM/authenticity confirmations, and references for comparable Cisco hardware projects completed within the past five years. Attachment A requires a drug-free workplace certification; Attachment B requires a promise of nondiscrimination; Attachment C requires a responsibility disclosure under oath; Attachment D contains contractor and subcontractor E-Verify affidavits; Attachment E requires a debarment and suspension certification; Attachment F addresses M/WBE participation; Attachment G contains a SAVE affidavit; Attachment H requires lobbying affidavits from the bidder and proposed team members or subcontractors; and Attachment I provides M/WBE good-faith-effort guidance. The references form requires five recent similar projects for bids of $500,000 or more, or at least three project-owner references for bids of $499,000 or less.
