Description
Chatham County Police Department seeks one or more qualified providers to deliver independent, objective, confidential, and legally compliant polygraph examination services on an as-needed basis. Services may include criminal-investigation, internal-affairs and administrative, pre-employment, sexual-offense, theft, narcotics, violent-crime, and other specialized examinations, together with pre-test and post-test interviews, examination administration, scoring, professional opinions, written reports, consultation, depositions, affidavits, courtroom testimony, and related litigation support. Proposers must identify qualified and credentialed examiners, describe their experience and technical approach, demonstrate confidentiality and data-security procedures, provide service-delivery and turnaround information, submit pricing, and provide references. The contract is an annual contract with renewal options for four additional one-year terms by mutual agreement. No minimum volume is guaranteed. Required submission materials include examiner credentials and resumes, a sample redacted report or report format, sample confidentiality/records-retention/quality-assurance policies if available, the completed Disclosure of Responsibility Statement, evidence of required insurance or confirmation of ability to meet the insurance requirements before contract execution, the County cost proposal form, and Attachments A-I.
