The Chatham County Board of Health seeks a contractor to provide unarmed, uniformed security services beginning November 23, 2026, at three properties: 1395 Eisenhower Drive, 1602 Drayton Street, and 107 Fahm Street. Staffing requirements include at least two officers at 1395 Eisenhower Drive, three at 107 Fahm Street, and one at 1602 Drayton Street during operating hours, with officers arriving 30 minutes before opening to open public access points and inspect the premises. The scope includes access control, roving interior and exterior patrols, visitor and employee identification verification, incident and daily operating reports, monitoring intrusion and fire-detection systems, responding to security and life-safety issues, developing site-specific post orders, training personnel, providing uniforms and protective clothing, and accommodating additional duty hours. The contract is for one year with three 12-month renewal options. Bidders must submit the required forms and attachments, including the bid sheet, subcontractor information, references, tax certificate, affidavits, certifications, and confidentiality agreement.
