Description
This Sources Sought notice is for market research only and is not a solicitation. The anticipated requirement is an Optimized Remediation Contract for environmental restoration at 26 Installation Restoration Program sites and one Military Munitions Response Program site at Moody Air Force Base and Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. The scope includes site characterization and investigation, remedial design and construction, operation and maintenance of existing and new remediation systems, groundwater and contaminant monitoring, performance modeling, remedy optimization, long-term management, hazardous-material and investigation-derived-waste management, community outreach, regulatory coordination, site restoration, and related technical plans and reports. The contractor would provide the personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and other resources necessary to achieve site-specific performance objectives, including construction completion, response complete, site closeout, reduced life-cycle cost, and optimized remedial action operation. The notice requests industry review of a draft Performance Work Statement and completion of an online market-research survey; it does not request a priced proposal.
