Description
Macon-Bibb County is soliciting bids for maintenance and construction work on Bondsview Road in Bibb County, Georgia. The scope includes mobilization, temporary silt fencing, crushed concrete aggregate, traffic control, roadway maintenance, materials, labor, equipment, testing, supervision, permits, utility protection, site cleanup, and related work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the solicitation and applicable Georgia Department of Transportation specifications. Bidders must meet GDOT qualification or registration requirements, provide a current Georgia general contractor's license, and submit required business, professional-license, DBE, E-Verify, subcontractor, reference, insurance, bonding, and compliance documentation. The project requires a bid bond of at least 5% of the total base bid; the resulting contract requires a 100% performance bond and a 110% payment bond.
