Description
Bibb County School District is seeking a construction contractor for a turn-key tennis court upgrade project at five high schools. Each facility has four tennis courts, and the work includes court-surface repairs, resealing, and striping, along with project management, scheduling, site preparation, coordination of trades and subcontractors, materials and equipment procurement, permitting and code compliance, quality control, safety and environmental compliance, and progress reporting. The work must be completed by January 31, 2027. Proposals must be submitted as PDFs through the Bonfire portal and include a company overview, relevant experience and references, project team qualifications, project approach and controls, safety record, licensing and insurance information, detailed cost estimate, and proposed schedule. The solicitation states that references for at least three recent clients are required and that relevant experience, approach, timeline, references, and cost will be evaluated. The contract is intended to be a fixed-price construction contract, and the district may use the awardee for future expansion of the same project if needed.
