Description
Macon-Bibb County is seeking a contractor to provide on-site, self-contained mobile mechanical compaction services for roll-off containers at the Fulton Mill Road and 11th Street convenience centers, with potential expansion to additional sites. The initial operation involves approximately 27 containers, generally 20-yard containers, with service options of once weekly, twice weekly, and on demand. The contractor must furnish all management, supervision, labor, equipment, and materials; maintain clean and sanitary sites; provide trained and appropriately certified personnel; and comply with applicable federal, state, local, and OSHA requirements. The requested solution should reduce haul frequency, support real-time capacity assessments, provide software dashboards with activity logs, automatic pickup notifications, and before-and-after photographic documentation. Proposals must include recurring monthly pricing for each site and emergency service pricing for regular time and weekends or holidays. The contract is an estimated-quantity arrangement with an initial one-year term and renewal options for up to four additional years, subject to performance and available funding. Respondents must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience, provide at least three government or commercial references, and submit the specified qualification, subcontractor, minority-participation, financial/legal stability, insurability, debarment, non-collusion, vendor, tax, and E-Verify materials.
