Description
The 176th Wing, Alaska Air National Guard, is conducting market research for a potential five-year, single-award sole-source blanket purchase agreement supporting recruiting through a strategic community sponsorship program. The requirement centers on venue-based advertising and sponsorship services associated with a high-level junior sports franchise, including one dasher-board advertisement and one medium-sized in-ice logo at the Sullivan Arena, along with maintenance and prompt repair or replacement of those assets. Interested parties must submit a detailed capability statement addressing every draft BPA and Performance Work Statement requirement, proof of ownership, operational control, or exclusive advertising rights for a comparable high-level sports franchise operating in the Anchorage metropolitan area, and a description of comparable advertising assets. The draft BPA identifies a maximum aggregate value of $350,000 over the five-year ordering period, with individual services ordered through BPA calls; the proposed ordering period is September 16, 2026, through September 15, 2031.
