Description
The United States Air Force intends to award a single-source, firm-fixed-price contract to WHESCO Group Inc. for low-observable paint and clean/dirty room control panel installation, including software installation. The notice is issued under FAR Part 12 for commercial products and commercial services and is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Interested firms may submit a capability statement demonstrating experience specific to the requirement, business size, ability to perform the work, and other information showing a legitimate ability to meet the Government's needs. The capability statement may not exceed five pages. The Government will use responses solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
