Description
The 176th Wing, Alaska Air National Guard, requires production, professional installation, and annual placement of one full bus wrap on an active Anchorage People Mover bus. The contractor must format Government-furnished artwork and graphics, produce the wrap, install it, maintain it in presentable condition, monitor for damage, report defects within 24 hours, and repair or replace damaged materials within seven business days. Artwork must comply with Municipality of Anchorage specifications, including 1:10 scale, Adobe Illustrator format, CMYK color mode, outlined fonts, a minimum 3-inch bleed, vehicle identification numbers at least 4 inches high, and restrictions on windows and vehicle safety features. The notice is for market research and is not a solicitation or request for quotation. The Government anticipates a sole-source, firm-fixed-price award because Alaska Channel Inc. is identified as holding exclusive municipal authority to sell, manage, and place exterior advertising on the People Mover fleet. Interested alternative sources must submit a detailed capability statement demonstrating legal authority and technical capability to perform the exact requirement, including municipal access and compliance with all production and installation specifications.
