Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking one new 83-inch by 16-foot telescoping dump trailer for field operations, equipment transport, and habitat management. The trailer must have a minimum 15,400-pound GVWR and meet the detailed requirements for tires, spare wheel, welded D-rings, DOT-compliant lighting and safety equipment, I-beam frame, steel floor and sides, bumper-pull coupler, jack, electric-brake axles, hydraulic telescopic hoist, stabilizers, spreader gate, loading ramps, pull-back tarp, wiring, VIN plate, FMVSS/DOT compliance, manuals, safety decals, and warranty documentation. The quote schedule requires pricing inclusive of supplies, materials, and delivery. The trailer must be delivered fully assembled, serviced, inspected, and ready for operation within 120 days of contract award, followed by Government inspection and acceptance. The required warranty package includes a two-year structural warranty, a one-year warranty on factory-applied paint, and manufacturer warranties for purchased components. Quotations must include the completed quote schedule, a technical/management approach, past-performance information, and required representations and certifications. Technical approach, past performance, key personnel or subcontractor information, and price will be evaluated on a lowest-priced technically acceptable basis.
