Description
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, services, and related operations necessary to perform heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning maintenance and repair in accordance with the performance work statement. Work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and National Park Service requirements. The period of performance is September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2031, consisting of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The opportunity is a total small-business set-aside and requires quotes addressing the HVAC maintenance and repair scope, technical approach, personnel qualifications, relevant experience, and pricing. At least three similar projects completed within the last five years are required for the technical submission.
