Description
The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments is soliciting firm-fixed-price bids for night vision and thermal imaging equipment for regional counter-UAS Ground Intercept Teams. The initial order is five of each item: a PVS-14-equivalent night vision monocular, compatible 5x or 6x magnifier, infrared illuminator, 640x480 thermal imaging monocular with video recording, streaming, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, compatible charging station, 16x50mm binoculars, and a waterproof, crushproof wheeled protective case. Equivalent products may be proposed, with up to three alternative arrangements permitted. Product specification sheets must accompany the bid. The solicitation requires delivery within 90 days of contract award. Bids will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or bidders, and prices must include delivery charges, fees, insurance, expenses, and overhead. The initial quantity is five sets, with additional purchases intended as budget permits. The bid must include the completed Non-Collusion and Non-Debarment Affidavit, bidder references, and any exceptions to the standard terms and conditions; the standard terms also require commercial general liability, automobile, workers' compensation, and professional liability insurance during performance.
