Description
The City of Thornton is seeking quotations for annual, on-call maintenance of its existing compressors at municipal facilities. The scope includes preventive maintenance, inspections, measurements, cleaning, filter and oil replacement, operational testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and reporting of worn parts. The awarded vendor may also furnish and install new compressors or compressed-air components, with installation, integration, testing, adjustment, training, permitting, and coordination with other contractors as applicable. The solicitation requires onsite maintenance, contractor and business licensing, insurance, warranty information, and local service capability. Pricing is submitted on the provided Appendix 2 Pricing Form. Addendum No. 1 confirms that no construction budget is assigned, the work primarily concerns annual maintenance of existing compressors, and any new compressors may be installed by the awarded vendor; all other terms remain unchanged. The addendum must be acknowledged in the proposal.
