The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures is conducting an open solicitation for technical janitorial services at two buildings located at 440 Craig Nord Street and 460 Craig Nord Street in Cookshire-Eaton, Quebec. The contract is required for 60 months, with a probable service start date on or about April 1, 2027. Bidders must maintain a permanent, clearly identified establishment accessible during normal business hours in Quebec or a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. Attendance at a site visit is mandatory for eligibility and must be arranged in advance. A bid security equal to 3% of the bid amount is required; acceptable forms depend on whether the submission is made electronically or on paper.
