Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking rental services for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) systems and related supplies for inpatient care at the Whiteriver Service Unit (WRSU). The required equipment includes pumps, canisters, dressings, tubing, and accessories. The contractor must ensure a minimum of two fully functional NPWT pumps are available onsite at WRSU at all times for immediate use. This solicitation is being used for market research to determine compliance with the Buy Indian Act and to identify potential set-asides for Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE). Interested parties must provide company information, contact details, DUNS/SAM Unique Entity Identifier, Tax ID, indication of business category qualification (IEE or ISBEE), a capability statement, and documentation of authorization as a distributor from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The IHS will not accept gray market items, and vendors must be authorized distributors providing OEM warranties and services.
