Description
The Bureau of Reclamation is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for heavy equipment rental and repair services for the Upper Colorado Basin Region, specifically for the Provo Area Office Force Account operational team. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The solicitation includes a reserve for one or more small business concerns. The scope of work includes furnishing, delivering, setting up, and leasing equipment, as well as providing repair services for government-owned equipment. Equipment delivery and pick-up are covered for up to 300 miles, with provisions for longer distances through subcontracting. Repair services may be performed on-site or at the contractor's shop, with replacement parts being OEM or certified equal. The contract requires equipment to be in safe operating condition, meet emission standards, and have service records available.
