Description
The State of Georgia is soliciting bids for a 36-month lease of a Kubota tractor, specifically a Kubota M6-111 or M6-131 model. The lease includes a 12-month initial term with two optional 12-month renewals. The tractor must be equipped with a loader, a Euro QA coupler, a 3rd function valve, an enclosed cab with A/C and heat, and a three-point hitch. It must have at least 105 horsepower, a loader lifting capacity of at least 5,200 lbs, a top speed of at least 21 mph, and a "buddy seat" or secondary seat in the cab. Additionally, the tractor must have a 4-wheel drive option that can be manually turned off. The lease also requires R3 Turf Tires to be installed on both the front and rear, with the rear tires filled with ballast water. The bidder will be responsible for providing and facilitating all maintenance, including routine maintenance, service, and repair calls, ensuring the unit remains operational. Bidders must also provide an itemized recommended preventive maintenance schedule with expected annual costs and average response times for service calls. Bidders must meet all specifications, accept the State of Georgia Agency Standard Contract, present a Tax Compliance form, an I&S affidavit form, and be registered in the State of Georgia's procurement system. All applicable shipping costs for FOB Destination to Athens, GA are to be included.
