Description
The City of Rancho Santa Margarita is soliciting bids for a 48-month lease of four multifunction copy machines, including maintenance services. These machines will be located at City Hall and the Bell Tower Regional Community Center. The city requires two larger machines (65 ppm color copy speed) and two smaller machines (55 ppm color copy speed), with specific minimum requirements for copy resolution, scanning speed, print speed, stapling, sorting, double-sided capabilities, and network connectivity. The vendor will be responsible for delivery, installation, maintenance, and providing necessary supplies such as toner and developer. Emergency service calls must be responded to within 4 hours, and defective parts replaced within 48 hours. Operator training will be provided at no additional cost. The lease agreement is expected to be for 48 months, with pricing for the lease and per-copy costs for black and white and color copies to be submitted.
