Description
This solicitation is for the establishment of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for equipment rental services, specifically focusing on material handling equipment (MHE) and other heavy equipment, in Indonesia. The services will support various operations including logistics, field operations, military construction, and ENCAP projects across multiple locations within the USINDOPACOM area of responsibility. The contract actions are anticipated to commence as early as August 2026. Services include the rental of heavy equipment with operators, such as hydraulic excavators, vibe rollers, water distributors, dozers, backhoe loaders, scoop loaders, dump trucks, skid steers, and excavators on barges. Additionally, the scope covers bulk trash removal, forklifts, cranes, floating cranes, and boom trucks. The agreement also allows for equipment rental without operators at the call level, as well as rental of non-drivable equipment and tools like power generators and pressure washers. Specific requirements for equipment, including capacity and capabilities, will be detailed in each BPA call. The contract also encompasses services like maintenance, fueling, and operator support, with operators needing to be proficient in conversational English and possess necessary local licenses.
