The Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe, on behalf of the Fallon Tribal Health Center, seeks proposals from licensed podiatrists and qualified podiatry practices to provide outpatient foot care services at the FTHC facility. The scope includes treatment of foot and lower-extremity conditions, with an emphasis on diabetic foot care. Proposals may consist of a brief letter of interest, a resume or curriculum vitae, and a proposed compensation rate. Indian Preference will be afforded to qualified Native American applicants or firms under 25 CFR and the Tribal TERO Ordinance.
