Description
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority intends to negotiate a contract for the FOOD2 package of RFP #25/26-17, covering food and beverage concessions and retail concessions, after receiving no responsible responses to the original competitive solicitation. Interested parties may submit a response before the negotiation period begins; the notice states that responses will be accepted through September 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PDT. Responses must be submitted through the Nevada Government eMarketplace supplier system. Solicitation documents and addenda are available through that system, but suppliers must register to view and download them. The notice cites Nevada Revised Statutes § 332.148 as the authority for negotiating without a competitive solicitation.
