Description
Washoe County is soliciting bids for construction of a 4.2-mile section of new native-surface, multi-use, singletrack trail in accordance with the Sierra Front Trail Construction Plan. The project is located along Hunter Lake Road in Reno, Nevada and includes multiple specified assessor's parcel numbers. The estimated project cost is $325,000 to $375,000. The approximate construction start date is October 26, 2026, and project completion is required by August 31, 2029. No pre-bid conference will be held. Prospective bidders must request access to the electronic bid portal from the project manager to obtain the contract documents.
