Piedmont Geriatric Hospital is seeking a qualified and licensed optometrist to provide on-site optometry clinics for approximately 12 patients per clinic, with the option to see additional patients by mutual agreement. Services will be scheduled mutually between the contractor and the hospital and must be performed on site. The opportunity is an open request for proposals for professional medical services.
