Description
The City of Reno Public Works Department is soliciting proposals for the Paradise Park Pedestrian Bridge Replacement Project. The work includes demolition and disposal of the existing bridge structure and supports, including abutments, foundations, and footings, followed by construction of two new concrete abutment structures, footings, and wingwalls and installation of a prefabricated pedestrian bridge. Additional work includes asphalt pavement replacement, concrete curb replacement, installation of bollards and handrails, and channel restoration with riprap placement. The proposal must include all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract documents. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with Nevada requirements concerning the use of apprentices on public works.
