Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotes from certified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses for comprehensive maintenance, inspection, testing, callback response, and repair services for 17 elevators and one cart lift. The contractor must provide all management, supervision, labor, parts, materials, tools, transportation, and incidental engineering services necessary to maintain the equipment in operating condition. Services include weekly preventive maintenance, monthly firefighter recall testing, annual and five-year safety inspections, emergency callback response within one hour for passenger entrapments and two hours for other service calls, and miscellaneous repairs under a not-to-exceed amount of $20,000 for the base period. The revised price schedule requires pricing for the 17 elevators and one cart lift, plus hourly and overtime rates. Amendment 0001 revised the Performance Work Statement and price schedule, changed the principal NAICS code to 238290, and extended the quote deadline to September 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM PDT.
