INVITATION TO BID TRUCKEE MEADOWS WATER AUTHORITY Keystone Avenue Water Main Replacement PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT NO. PWP #WA-2026-507 PROJECT SCOPE: Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the replacement of approximately 1290 linear feet of existing 6" cast iron and transite main with new 6-inch restrained ductile iron pipe in place with vertical offsets, installation of air release valve assembly, fittings, and appurtenances. The project also includes surface restoration (temporary pavement patching) as a result of water main installation. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: There is no pre-bid conference and site visit. PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND BID SUBMITTAL: Copies of Bidding Documents consisting of the contract documents, specifications, and drawings may be obtained at Truckee Meadows Water Authority Procurement Services - Truckee Meadows Water Authority (tmwa.com). Sealed bids must be submitted electronically via the online bidding system (NGEM). Bids must be RECEIVED NOT LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. on September 24, 2026. Bids received after the date and time set for receipt will be REJECTED. Facsimile and Hard Copy Bids will NOT be accepted. BID OPENING: There will not be a public bid opening as bids are opened electronically. Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147. 9/2/26

Truckee Meadows Water Authority is soliciting sealed bids for approximately 1,290 linear feet of existing six-inch cast iron and transite water main to be replaced with new six-inch restrained ductile iron pipe, including vertical offsets. The work also includes installation of an air release valve assembly, fittings, and related appurtenances. The project includes all required labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals, as well as temporary pavement patching and surface restoration resulting from the water main installation. The engineer's estimate is $877,216 to $1,072,152. Bids must be submitted electronically through NGEM, digitally signed on the Response Submission Tab, and accompanied by all required responses and attachments; partial bids will not be accepted. No pre-bid meeting or site visit will be held.
