Description
The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest for a fully serviced lease of exactly 5,833 ABOA square feet of office space in Goldsboro, North Carolina. The offered space must include 22 surface parking spaces and satisfy federal fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements. The space may be an alternative to the Government's expiring leased office space if relocation is economically advantageous.
