Description
The Province of British Columbia, through the Ministry of Environment and Parks, is soliciting quotations for the replacement and installation of HVAC equipment at the Smithers Air Quality Station. The supplier must provide the required goods and install them at the station. Pricing must be firm for the contract period, inclusive of delivery and required unloading costs under the applicable Incoterms 2020 shipping term, and exclusive of applicable taxes. Quotations must cover the specified goods and comply with the mandatory response requirements. The Ministry has a budget of up to CAD 30,000, and submissions exceeding that amount may not be considered. Email submissions must include the Response Form - Questionnaire, Response Form - Quotation, and Mandatory ITQ Submission Declaration, and must not include unrequested terms or information. Fax submissions are not accepted.
