Description
The Indian Health Service is issuing a Request for Qualifications for an Architecture/Engineering firm to design a new 395,844 SF replacement hospital on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation in Whiteriver, Arizona. The project includes a wide range of medical services such as primary care, dental, eye care, social services, health education, public health nursing, nutrition, wellness center, audiology, emergency care, medical and surgical specialty care, podiatry, acute care, low-risk labor and delivery, diagnostic imaging, rehabilitation services, and environmental health. The selected firm will prepare a Construction Documents Package and provide Construction Contract Administration Services during construction. The anticipated period of performance is 1905 calendar days total.
