Description
The Apache Junction Sewer District is entering into service agreements with property owners to provide sewer service. The agreement covers basic service charges, connection fees, and other fees as per the District's published rates. Customers are responsible for constructing and paying for facilities to connect to the collection system, including service lines and lateral sewer lines. The District may require a separate Collection Main Extension Agreement if the collection system is not adjacent to the property. Properties outside the City may require City Council consent and potential annexation petitions.
