Description
The Superstition Mountains Community Facilities District No. 1 (the District) is responsible for the operation and maintenance of a sewage collection and treatment system serving properties within its service area in Apache Junction, Arizona. The District requires a contractor to manage day-to-day operations, including maintenance of collection mains, service lines, and the treatment plant; enforcement of connection permits and service agreements; monitoring and regulation of discharges; implementation of pretreatment requirements for commercial and industrial customers; and administration of rates, fees, and charges. The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including the Arizona Community Facilities District Act and the District's Operating Policies and Procedures.
