The Town of Gilbert is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Construction Manager at Risk firms for Advocacy Center Phases 2 and 3. The project will expand a trauma-informed victim advocacy facility within the Gilbert Town Center Campus, including approximately 31,000 square feet of new collaborative workspace for police personnel and victim advocates and approximately 6,000 square feet of flexible training and meeting facilities. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted as a single, PC-readable, non-password-protected PDF through the designated electronic bidding platform. The solicitation states that the SOQ must include all information items listed in the RFQ and be submitted in the order specified.
