Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is soliciting quotes for the supply and delivery of an aluminum diffuser grating system and associated structural components for Lower Monumental Lock and Dam. The required materials include aluminum I-beams, angles, grating panels, fasteners, 3/4-inch undercut anchors, bolts, isolation kits, and isolation pads, in the quantities and configurations specified in the bill of materials. The grating must be 15-SG-4 aluminum grating, and the undercut anchors must meet detailed stainless-steel, structural-strength, testing, and corrosion-isolation requirements. The contractor must deliver all components within 90 days of notice of award, with delivery during specified weekday business hours and government support available for offloading. The procurement remains a total small-business set-aside. Amendment 0002 revised the undercut-anchor specifications and extended the offer deadline to September 16, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.
