Description
The Legacy Link, Inc. Area Agency on Aging is requesting Statements of Interest from organizations interested in providing services during Georgia fiscal year 2028, from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028. Requested services include evidence-based wellness programs—Bingocize and A Matter of Balance, with both programs required for individual-county bids—and senior center services in Towns and/or Union County. Senior center services may include on-site congregate meals and health promotion/disease prevention activities for older adults, staging and facilitating home-delivered meals, and individual transportation voucher services within the county. Providers must also complete intakes and assessments, prepare and transmit reports, maintain files in accordance with applicable federal and Georgia requirements, comply with HIPAA, and be fully licensed for the services offered. The initial Statement of Interest must identify the organization, services offered, counties of interest, and contact information; the full RFP and event schedule will be provided after the Statement of Interest period closes.
