Description
The Area Agency on Aging of Palm Beach/Treasure Coast, Inc. is seeking organizations with the operational capacity and interest to be designated as the Community Care System Lead Agency for each of six Community Care Service Areas: Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie counties, plus Palm Beach County Service Areas A and B. Separate proposals are required for each service area. The selected organizations will provide lead-agency services for eligible clients under the Community Care for the Elderly, Home Care for the Elderly, and Alzheimer's Disease Initiative programs. The period is scheduled to begin July 1, 2027. Proposal format and instructions are available from the agency's website.
