Description
The United States Air Force is seeking sources to provide comprehensive facility management services for Building 1990, a 74,064 sq. ft. facility at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The scope of work includes scheduled and preventative maintenance, routine and demand repairs, and general operation of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The contractor will be responsible for developing and adhering to a government-approved Management Plan, which includes a Preventative Maintenance Plan, Quality Control Plan, and Safety Plan. All services, parts, and materials will be furnished by the contractor. This acquisition is being considered for a small business set-aside and is anticipated to be a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price/Time-and-Materials contract with a base period and four option years, totaling approximately 1825 days.
